Eduni Terms of Service

1. Parties and Acceptance

This Terms of Service ("Agreement") is a binding agreement between Eduni ("App") and individual users ("Users") who use the Eduni application. By registering and using Eduni, all users agree to all the terms in this agreement.

2. Structure and Principle of Eduni

Eduni is a user-centered mobile application created by university students for university students, entirely operated by its student community. Norms and ethical standards within Eduni are determined and enforced by its user community.

Eduni verifies user identities through university email validation. Users without valid student emails cannot access the application.

3. Responsibility for Content and Data Policy

Eduni does not delete any user-generated content or data. Users are solely responsible for the content they create.

4. Community Management and User Authority

• All class discussions and communities are managed by users.
• Ethical norms and behavior guidelines within Eduni are set by its users.
• Standards accepted by Eduni users may differ from external perspectives, and this does not bind Eduni.

5. Restriction and Blocking of User Access

Eduni users collectively decide if a user’s access should be restricted or blocked due to violations of ethical standards and community norms.

6. Responsibilities of Eduni

• Verifying student identity of users.
• Associating users correctly with relevant communities and organizing these communities.
• Providing necessary technical infrastructure and support.

7. User Rights and Obligations

• Users are fully responsible for the content they create.
• Users must ensure that content complies with community guidelines.
• Users must verify their university email addresses.

8. Legal Responsibility and Jurisdiction

Users bear full legal responsibility for content they share on Eduni. Eduni does not assume any legal responsibility for user actions. In case of disputes arising from this agreement, Turkish law shall apply, and Ankara Courts and Execution Offices shall have jurisdiction.

9. User Declaration and Acceptance

Users acknowledge that they have fully read, understood, and accepted this agreement by using the Eduni application. Users who do not accept this agreement must refrain from using the application.
